Prices are in Swedish SEK of the products rentreplica have acquired, VAT of 25% is not included. We reserve the right to change prices at any VAT or sharp currency fluctuations. Rates in effect at the time of order also applies to the delivery date.

Delivery
Deliveries in Sweden are made by mail or by agreement. Smaller and lighter items sent by post. Normally delivered your order within 2-5 business days from us. Ordering Goods not in stock, delivered after arrival within 3-4 working days or by appointment.

Foreign Deliveries
All orders to be sent abroad to be paid in advance, we will send payment information via e-mail when we have registered the order, we hold the order for 10 days after we sent the information.

Ordered Products
All orders are binding, please check your order so that mistakes can not occur.

Payment
All payments are in cash on delivery, prepayment options, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints

Return policy
According to Distance Contracts have you as a consumer may cancel a purchase without having to specify the cause, provided that the product is sent back to us in the unaltered and undamaged within 14 days from the date you received the goods. If you cancel your purchase and send back the whole and unpacked goods we will refund the amount you paid.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging.
Freight costs are borne by the customer.
